Smoked Chicken Wings
Dry rubbed and smoked for 1 1/2 hours, the flash fried for 2 minutes and tossed with either buffalo sauce or my South Georgia tomato based BBQ sauce. You can do just the dry rub as well. Comes with homemade Ranch dipping sauce.
Carolina Egg Rolls
3 Egg Rolls stuffed with pulled pork and Pimento Cheese, Deep Fried and served with my South Georgia BBQ sauce for dipping.
Smoked Chicken Salad
Mama’s Chicken Salad made with Smoked Chicken, Dukes Mayo, Sweet Relish, Boiled Eggs, Fine Diced Celery and Cracked Black Pepper. Served with Homemade Crack Crackers - Saltines with a coating of Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Ranch Powder, Dill Weed, Crushed Red Pepper and a little Cayenne.
Bleu Cheese Brisket
Dry rubbed, smoked for 8 hours, topped with Bleu Cheese and smoked 4 more hours. The cheese makes a crust on top and emulsifies into the meat. You don’t get a big Bleu Cheese flavor, just a twang.
Award winning- first place at Peak City Pig Fest in Apex and in Rocky Mount at the Downtown BBQ Throwdown in Peoples Choice. Smoked 12 hours on hickory wood, hand pulled and sauced.

French Fries & Onions
Crinkle Cut French Fries fried with raw onion rings. Gives the Fries a little oniony flavor and the carmelized onions are pretty tasty as well.
Moms old no bake recipe with Nilla wafers, milk, vanilla pudding, condensed milk, sour cream and whipped topping. Rich and Creamy!
