Created by Vietnamese American siblings Ha-Hoa Hamano and Nam Dang alongside longtime friend Hudson Tang, the concept celebrates the artistry behind Vietnamese cà phê and bánh mì while embracing the personal connection and daily freshness that define street food culture in Vietnam. Limited daily offerings and seasonal ingredients ensure every visit feels unique and intentional.

The menu showcases classic flavors through carefully prepared sandwiches and specialty coffee. The Bánh Mì Đặc Biệt layers smoked ham, banana leaf pork sausage, head cheese, and patê with crisp vegetables and fresh herbs for a traditional experience. Guests can also enjoy the Tamarind BBQ Chicken bánh mì featuring lemongrass-marinated chicken and tangy barbecue sauce, or the Soy Marinated Smoked Tofu bánh mì packed with fried shiitake mushrooms, smoked tofu, and vegan-friendly ingredients.
