Myra grew up loving nature, developing a passion for all-natural ingredients harvested straight from the earth at a young age. Later in life, she moved to Miami for school and fell in love with all things empanada. Over the years, she developed her own empanada recipes, using – of course – organic ingredients. Now, with Bee Creative Foods, she’s elevating her passion to a profession via her own food truck.
Why the name? Myra eschews sugar and instead sweetens all her dishes with honey alone. Speaking of sweet, you can sample a dessert empanada and sink your teeth into anything from banana coconut cream to spiced apple in a flaky empanada shell.
