We typically provide two entrée options plus one vegetarian option for each event. If the organizer would like to include additional specialty items, we’re happy to accommodate — these can be added at an extra cost. For planning purposes, we also need the portion count for each selected item, including the vegetarian option. Final menu selections and portion counts must be submitted at least one week before the event, or two weeks in advance for groups over 200 guests.
