If the organizer would like to include additional specialty items, we’re happy to accommodate — these can be added at an extra cost. For planning purposes, we also need the portion count for each selected item, including the vegetarian option. Final menu selections and portion counts must be submitted at least one week before the event, or two weeks in advance for groups over 200 guests.

Beijing Bro brings the flavors of Beijing street food to Portland with a mobile setup that includes a fully licensed food truck and a tent-based booth. Each dish is crafted for high-impact flavor and fast service, highlighting hand-pulled noodles, crispy scallion pancakes, and savory dumplings, all made with attention to quality and authenticity. The team serves weekend farmers markets, seasonal festivals, and weekday lunch service, maintaining professionalism and food safety at every stop.

The menu features options like braised pork meatballs simmered in a soy-based sauce, cumin-spiced beef or lamb, and homestyle tofu pan-fried with fresh vegetables. Signature Sichuan dishes include spicy boiled beef with bok choy, Mapo tofu, and Yu Xiang eggplant, while sweet and sour pork and Kung Pao chicken offer classic Chinese flavors.

Guests can also enjoy rice and noodle dishes such as chicken fried rice, black pepper beef fried rice, and stir-fried beef rice noodles, alongside dumplings and buns like crispy pan-fried dumplings and golden pan-fried buns.
