2 pieces of fresh, wild-caught, antibiotic free, filleted - Whiting Fish. Lightly coated in a seasoned, all-cornmeal (gluten-free) batter and then quickly deep fried in 100% canola oil. (All "fish" share a dedicated fryer with splash guards - which shields the fryer from cross contamination.)

Mini Crab Cakes

(Two) 3oz. cakes made from wild-caught sweet crab claw. Combined w/ freshly chopped vegetables, herbs, seasonings, and non-dairy breadcrumbs.
