Bench On the Go is the newest, tastiest offshoot of Niagara College, featuring custom cuisine designed by a rotating array of CFWI students. All ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible, with an emphasis on seasonal dishes that compliment Hamilton's rich local resources. If they're familiar in concept however, they're knockouts in execution, breaking up the expected with details that raise each dish beyond the bounds.
Recent stand-outs have included a fried chicken sandwich cooked in buttermilk and finished with black pepper, slapped on a kaiser roll and topped with chipotle aioli and a cabbage crunch, alongside beef bulgogi with soya mayo, havarti and kimchi. Not to be left out of the party, dessert's also on the menu with choices like a tempura-battered brownie in NC beer caramel and toffee bit crunch. The menu's totally customizable, and can be tailored to any party or gala that needs tailoring. Just give 'em a call and watch their imaginations merge with yours to create the spread of your dreams.
