Bestia is Toronto's first and only real Neapolitan pizza and cucina povera truck. Its specialty is the wood fired pizzas made to order from its 850 degree oven. The Antimo Caputo flour and tomatoes are imported from Italy, and the dough is naturally leavened with a hint of sourdough and cooked at a ferocious heat to deliver a pillowy, blistered 'cornicione' with just the right chew every time. The menu fills out with incredible sandwiches as well as an assortment of salads, soups and desserts.
