Big Backs is a veteran and woman owned food trailer in Mims, FL, serving up sandwiches, snacks, and flavors that make every visit feel like an event. The menu features Texas Toast favorites like the Big-Back with a seasoned beef patty, creamy cheese sauce, and hand-cut fries, the towering Goliath BLT stacked with crispy bacon and fresh toppings, and the Hogfather pork tenderloin sandwich loaded with crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and creamy mayo. Each sandwich is built for maximum flavor and fun, keeping fans coming back for more.
