This hot and fresh food truck has been in operation on and off since 1993 when it was a brick and mortar hotspot for incredible Southern eats. Then, in 2015, the Bill's Hot Fish & Chicken mobile kitchen got up and running on wheels, brought back to life by the original owner's son. He's taken his dad's recipes and rich history and has created a mean drivin' machine that's fillin' up plates all over Madison, Tennessee.
