What is the story behind your business' name?
The name Blasia’s Coffee and Tea comes from me, Blasia. I started this cart after dealing with stomach issues and acid reflux that made it hard to enjoy regular coffee. I began learning more about low-acid options, teas that are easier on the body, and how different coffee can taste when it's made with care. This cart is a reflection of that journey. I wanted the name to feel honest and personal, like the drinks I serve. Nothing fancy, just good coffee and tea that doesn’t mess you up.
