What is the story behind your business' name?
Bleu Basil started as a small company under the cottage act here in Florida, selling fresh jams and relishes. After working at most farmers' markets, we decided to restructure our company. We went back to our roots and started making flavored pasta of all shapes and sizes. After seven years of building our brand, we upgraded to cooking our delicious flavored pasta and classic Italian dishes. Bleu Basil now serves throughout Florida and at out-of-state events, catering, and more.
