About Blitz BBQ

Blitz BBQ in Huntsville, AL, brings the heart and soul of Southern barbecue straight to your plate. With over 15 years of culinary experience, the owner decided to take the leap and create a food trailer that delivers mouthwatering barbecue classics with a twist. Partnering with another pitmaster for three years laid the foundation, but now Blitz BBQ stands tall on its own, smoking up some of the best flavors in town.

The menu at Blitz BBQ is packed with smoked goodness, featuring pulled pork, slow-smoked ribs, tender sliced brisket, and wings that come in a variety of flavors, including lemon pepper, BBQ, and Buffalo. Each dish is crafted with care, showcasing the expertise and passion that come from years of perfecting the art of barbecue.

One of the standout items on the menu is the Pulled Pork Nachos, a delicious combination of cheese sauce, pulled pork, pickled jalapeños, and BBQ sauce, all piled high on crispy nachos. Whether you're stopping by for a quick bite or catering an event, Blitz BBQ is sure to leave a lasting impression with its smoky, savory offerings.
