The Grillery team is two friends who came up with an idea…a mission…to make something great out of nothing. There is already a thriving food cart culture here in Portland, but none of them have quite the same mission as The Grillery.
They set out to build a “fast food” cart, serving up gourmet sliders and fries, made with LOCAL, FRESH ingredients from farms in the greater Portland area. Part of their mission includes having little to NO WASTE since that seems to be one of the criticisms of the carts around town. They built the cart using about 90% of recycled, donated and reused materials.
