Blue Nile Burgers is a Washington, DC food truck serving up globally inspired street food built on Chef Ali’s roots along Sudan’s Blue Nile. After traveling through Syria, Egypt, Thailand, Denmark, and finally the U.S., Chef Ali brings together flavors from across continents—infused with his mother’s recipes and memories of Ramadan Iftars. This is where traditional meets creative, all layered between buttery brioche buns.

The menu centers on burgers and sandwiches, each paired with crispy fries and Chef Ali’s signature WOW Aioli.
