What is the story behind your business' name?
Bowlogy was created by Andrea Paola Azuaje Marcano and Honorio Vicente Garces Martinez with a simple idea: fresh, flavorful food should be both convenient and satisfying. Honorio brings years of hands-on restaurant experience as the owner of The Cactus, a successful restaurant built around quality food, strong service, and a loyal customer base. After seeing firsthand what guests value most, Honorio and Andrea saw an opportunity to create something different—a concept centered on customizable bowls made with fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and options that fit a variety of lifestyles. Together, they developed Bowlogy as a modern, approachable food concept where every bowl is thoughtfully built and every customer can make it their own. The name reflects their philosophy: there is an art and a little science behind creating the perfect bowl. For Andrea and Honorio, Bowlogy is more than another restaurant concept. It is the next chapter of their entrepreneurial journey—combining proven restaurant experience with a fresh vision for food that is colorful, convenient, wholesome, and full of flavor.
