Built from late nights, family teamwork, and a shared love of coffee and creativity, Brew & Barre brings a fresh energy to the Twin Cities mobile coffee scene. This St. Paul food trailer was created by a mother and her daughters who wanted to build something meaningful together around music, community, and handcrafted drinks. Since launching in January 2026, Brew & Barre has become a standout at car shows, business events, pop ups, and private gatherings with a setup that feels artistic, polished, and full of personality.

Every drink on the menu carries its own creative theme inspired by dance, performance, and rhythm. Guests can sip on favorites like the Ballroom Latte, Velvet Rumba, and Turtle Mocha or power up with The Borealis featuring four shots of espresso. The menu also includes house cold brew, fruit-forward refreshers, creamy smoothies, and comforting options like Opening Act Chai and Jazzy Hot Chocolate. With whole, oat, and almond milk available, the trailer offers something smooth and satisfying for every kind of crowd.
