What is the story behind your business' name?

I was born and raised in Newark, New Jersey, better known as Brick City and it had always been my dream to open my own business and pay tribute to my home and made me the man I am today. Being the owner of Brick City Kitchen and Catering is truly a dream come true and I work each and every day to make it better than the last and make sure all my customers are truly satisfied and would recommend me to their friends and family.
