Nitro Cold Brew

You've never had a nitro cold brew craft beverage quite like it! Served over flake ice, this 12oz pour is beautiful to look at and will refresh and caffeinate.

Hot Cocoa

We do hot chocolate right! Giardelli chocolate and steamed, silky milk from the La Marzocco espresso machine is just the beginning. We then top the drink with a dollop of made-fresh daily whipped cream and a vanilla wafer baton. For the kids, we prepare it at about 110 degrees, so it's ready to drink.

What is the story behind your business' name?

I started Bridge & Tunnel Coffee Co. in the San Francisco East Bay, right before the pandemic took hold. We had to pass over the Bay Bridge and through the Caldecott Tunnel to get to our community. We wanted to prove that great things did happen in the suburbs, and poke fun at the pejorative aspect of the "bridge & tunnel people" moniker made famous by socialites in NYC in the 70's. When we decided to move the family to Asheville, we toyed with changing the name, but then realized just how many bridges & tunnels there are in the WNC mountains!
