About Bristow Live Fire Catering

Rob Bristow spent the better part of the last 15 years working in America's top pizzerias. From slinging pies in Las Vegas's Settebello Pizzeria to overseeing the pizza kitchen in Dallas's famous Cane Rosso to acting as culinary director of the wood-fired oven manufacturer Marra Forni, suffice to say Rob's got an impressive repertoire under his belt. Residents across Cecil County, MD and New Castle County, DE who are thinking pizza for their next event will find a top tier option in Bristow Live Fire Catering. Rob slings wood-fired pies at events across the city. That combination of sky-high temperatures and brief cooking times ensures the crispiest of crusts smothered in bubbling cheese and a host of decadent toppings. While pizza is no doubt king here, you may also catch wood-fired sandwiches and Texas BBQ tacos depending on the event. Getting hungry? Then book Bristow Live Fire Catering for your next event.
