We prepare fresh crispy fried chicken to be sandwiched between your choice of waffles baked right before your eyes and served with your choice of toppings. Guests are treated to the sights and smells of having their food made right before their eyes to create their dream sandwich with a bevy of toppings to choose from. We produce 2 servings per person. (Ex: 50 guests = 100 servings) Client must ensure cooking is allowed inside or outdoor, on property at venue. Electricity would be preferred if not a generator would need to be allowed. We are not a food truck/cart and create a booth or food station setup.
