Our special method of smoking meat consist of triple stacking our brisket and layering it with our special rub. We cook it low and slow until perfect temperature and consistency are met. We then brine the finished product in our special apple blend. We then chop and blend the brisket and fry sandwich size portions to make the most fantastic sandwiches you have ever had.
