What is the story behind your business' name?

I've worked in the food industry along time.. When I bought my first food trailer I knew I wanted to do bbq and was trying to think of a catchy name and everything I kept submitting kept coming back as taken. So I finally just thought I was done I was so burnt out trying to do this and that's honestly where it came from. I was like Okay we're going with Burnt Out BBQ because I was burnt out working in kitchens, as well as burnt out trying to come up with a catchy food truck name!
