Byblos Lebanese Grill opened its Doors in the Summer of 2012, It is the translation of a Dream that Mike and Nancy Ayoub had for Years, They Dream of Traditional Delicious Food and dessert made Daily from Scratch, with the freshest of ingredients. So when the time was Right, they Moved from San Antonio, TX to Minnesota to fulfill their dream While seeking a better future for their three kids. They wanted to share the taste of Authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean Food and desserts with others, Hence Byblos Lebanese Grill was Born. The name Byblos comes from the city of Byblos that is 7 Miles South of where Mike was born, It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and was chosen by Condé Nast Traveler as the second best city in the Middle East for 2012, beating Tel-Aviv and Dubai., Also Chosen by the World Tourism Organization as the best Arab tourist city for 2013. After Covid, like many other businesses we faced thr problems of finding reliable help, so we switched our business from doing part time commercial catering and full time dinning room, to Full time catering, we partner with a group of fortune 500 companies and also some local companies that have locations in and around the twin cities to bring our authentic food and serve in their locations, we have one many awards over the 13 years we been in business and added to them last year been voted as Silver medal winner for best Mediterranean restaurant in Mn and bronze medal for best caterer in MN by MN best.. We added a Custom built fully equipped food trailer in the Autumn of 2024 to our business, a lot of our regular customers that used to frequent our restaurant as glad and happy to get their favorites again, and we are having a lot of new customers that are enjoying out food. we are very humbled and proud of what we accomplished and how far we have been on our journey, and looking forward to expand our base of customers that we are excited to introduce our delicious food to them .
