Frozen Caboose is an ice cream shop located in Highland NY, by the Walkway over the Hudson. We retired from public education and purchased the Frozen Caboose in April 2017. We are beginning our 4th season and are excited to announce we are expanding our business by adding an Ice Cream Truck. We intend to use our truck various events such as weddings, private parties, school events and whatever other ideas you might want!
