Shredded Braised beef prepared in our home crafted marinade. Served with fresh chopped cilantro and onion melted cheese if desired. Accompanied by our homemade Mild Green tomatillo and avocado sauce or our Spicy Red Serrano and Tomato sauce.
Citrus Marinated Chicken Tacos
Citrus shredded chicken is prepared in with our home crafted freshly zested and squeezed orange and cilantro marinade. Served with fresh chopped cilantro and onion melted cheese if desired. Accompanied by our homemade Mild Green tomatillo and avocado sauce or our Spicy Red Serrano and Tomato sauce.
Loaded Nachos
Our loaded nachos is a tribute to our San Diego Flea Market days. Choose one of our three proteins (Beef, Chicken, Soyrizo) which will then be combined with our Tortilla Chips, Nacho cheese, Sour cream, Cilantro, Onion and your choice of Mild green or Spicy red salsa.
Soyrizo y Papa Tacos
Vegan/ Vegetarian option. We serve and prepare our Soyrizo and Potato Tacos giving you all the flavors of Chorizo but with a soy base protein. Served with fresh chopped cilantro and onion melted cheese if desired. Accompanied by our homemade Mild Green tomatillo and avocado sauce or our Spicy Red Serrano and Tomato sauce.

Growing up I learned to love cooking along side my mothers teachings and as I went to culinary school to nurture my skills I was able to hone my craft.
