What is the story behind your business' name?

Capital Falafel s founder and CEO Amjad Gende started this food truck in 2017. As a young professional with an appetite for success, Amjed knew he wanted to share his culture with others in a big way. After experimenting with countless ingredients and perfecting his recipe, Amjed turned his entrepreneurial dreams into reality in 2017 when he opened his Food truck called Capital Falafel.
