Her Williamsburg-based trailer, Carmen’s Jamaican Authentic Cuisine, is born of that: hearty Jamaican recipes that she holds close to her heart.
Carmen’s is playing the hits each time it rolls up, serving jerk chicken, curry goat, beef patties, and other Jamaican classics. Though it would be scientifically impossible to strike out on this menu, you’ll find the best bang for your buck with one of her entree plates. Choose from either jerk chicken, curry chicken, curry goat, or oxtails and add two of her signature sides, like rice & peas or fried plantains. Salivating?
