Chris Donnelly and Mojo Hancy-Davis first met working as cooks at a Winooski, VT restaurant. Sharing a passion for food and an entrepreneurial spirit, the pair decided to team up and opened their very own food trailer dubbed Carte Blanche VT. Now, Donnelly and Hancy-Davis roll around the city dishing out an array of international street food, bringing fare from around the world right to Burlington, VT.
At Carte Blanche VT, you’ll find a little of everything street food wise. Try a Korean-inspired bibimbap rice bowl filled with eggs, carrots, and kimchi seasoned with an aromatic blend of basil and cilantro. Love Mexican food?
