What is the story behind your business' name?

When thinking of a name for our new adventure of a taco truck we wanted to convey the fact that we were going to ride around town spreading delicious flavor. After hours of thinking we came up with Cartel Tacos, a spin off of the fact of what the cartel does except we are trafficking delicious flavors across the RDU/ NC area in our awesome Food Truck!
