About Casey's New Orleans Snowballs

Though the story of Casey’s New Orleans Snowballs begins in the 60s when Suzy Casey Gallagher founded it in Louisiana, it wasn’t until the late 90s that Casey’s made its way to Austin, TX and set up shop. Soon enough, two loyal customers in support of the family loaded up a pickup truck and drove east to buy a custom-built red snowball trailer. Today, Casey’s is an Austin institution, making snowballs out of over 100 homemade syrups. While the standard sweet and fruity flavors like tiger blood and black cherry are alive at Casey’s, the real draw is the NOLA-style cream syrups, especially the Boston cream pie and Casey’s classic chocolate. Whatever snowball flavor you’re craving, it’s always nice to know you’re supporting something homemade and family-run. Bring the magic to your next event, and book Casey’s New Orleans Snowballs to handle the refreshments.
