When Keith and Judy got married, they wanted to honor both of their heritages with their choice of caterer. Keith is Trinidadian American while Judy comes from a Puerto Rican and Dominican background. Despite the diversity of New York City, NY’s food scene, the pair couldn’t find a caterer they felt adequately reflected their cultures. While their big day was still a success, the experience of wedding planning inspired them to go into the catering business themselves. And so, CaSpanish was born. This food cart and catering company is here to roll into your next event with an eclectic mix of Caribbean and Spanish cuisine.
