With over 25 years of experience in the event industry, I’ve had the pleasure of leading The Balloon and Event Construction Company through countless unforgettable celebrations. For years, I’ve dreamed of expanding our offerings to include fun foods that bring even more joy to our events. When my son Alec graduated with a business degree—and brought his passion for culinary arts to the table—the decision was a no-brainer.
