Yes, CC Gourmet is registered for catering and/or vending events on Roaming Hunger. In terms of availability, we don't manage their calendar. The best way to find out if they're available is to fill out your event information and see if they respond.

Is CC Gourmet available in my city?

CC Gourmet has a home base in Bozeman and surrounding areas. Keep in mind that for catering, they may add a travel fee if it's outside of their normal travel radius.

Appetizers

Steamed Bun

Flour-based steamed buns stuffed with juicy fillings of pork, shitake mushrooms, ginger, and oyster sauce. All hand-made.

Potstickers

Pan fried gyoza packed with pork and cabbages. Three in each order.

Calamari Rings

Breaded calamari rings and deep fried to golden crispy, served with Japanese shrimp/ steak sauce.

Spring Rolls

Flour-based wrapper, packed with green cabbage, carrots, green beans, and mushrooms. Two in each order.

Main

Tempura Shrimp

Tail-on large shrimp dipped in tempura batter, deep fried to golden crispy. Serves with Tempura dipping sauce. Served with premium-grade white rice.

Eel Rice

4 oz. Eel fillet, roasted and glazed with teriyaki sauce, topped with sesame seeds. Served with premium-grade white rice

Tofu Veggie Stir Fry (GLUE FREE)

Lightly fried tofu, green cabbage, carrots, stir-fried with black bean garlic sauce, gluten free soy sauce.

Classic Ramen

Fresh Ramen noodles with Tonkotsu broth, shitake mushrooms, corn, half hard-boiled egg, green onions, fish cake toppings. Choice of proteins: with Tofu, Chashu pork, Teriyaki chicken.

Teriyaki Chicken or Gourmet Tofu

Fresh chicken thigh, glazed with teriyaki sauce, topped with sesame seeds. Served with Steamed White Rice (or Fried Rice) and a side vegetable. Gourmet Tofu Crispy deep fried Tofu cubes seasoned. Served with Steamed white rice and a side vegetable. This dish is Vegan and Gluten Free.

Dumpling Soup

Ten large pork (or Vegetable) dumplings in chicken broth, chili oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, topped with cilantros.

About CC Gourmet

This authentic Asian food truck was dreamed up by its owners, Cecile and Dan, while on their honeymoon trip to Hawaii. CC Gourmet was inspired by the shrimp trucks they found that were serving affordable, healthy, delicious eats on the Pacific islands we all know and love so well.

Food is more than a passion for them, it's a way of life. Originally from Shanghai, Cecile is the boss in the kitchen, bringing her love of science, nutrition, Asian culture, and high-quality ingredients to everything she makes. And oh boy, does she know how to make 'em! Bring them in to cater your party with diverse eats that reflect a rich culinary history honed through years of cooking (and tasting) street food. In fact, as a child, Cecile remembers trying such a great variety of Japanese eats that they play a huge role on their mouthwatering menu.

While their handmade, pork-filled steamed buns are the star of the show, customers also crave their crispy potstickers, spring rolls, teriyaki chicken, eel rice, pork dumplings, noodle soups, and Japanese rice bowls. Their fantastic food fare is only enhanced by their sweet Taiwanese boba drinks with tapioca pearls, syrups, non-dairy milk, and authentic tea blends.
