Delicious sorbet ice cream in your choice of mango, watermelon or lime. Fresh mango chunks, tajin, chamoy and our in house savory gummies.

Mangonada

Similar to the chamango, our mangonadas are made with shaved ice and your choice of mango, pineapple, watermelon or lime syrup. fresh mango chunks, tajin, chamoy, and our in house savoury gummies.

Raspados

Your choice of 8 flavors of shaved ice (mango, vanilla, strawberry, cherry, lime, pineapple, bubblegum, watermelon)

Concha Ice Cream Sandwich

Concha sweet bread sandwiching creamy ice cream of your choice (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry or Neapolitan) Your choice of 1 topping is also included!

What is the story behind your business' name?

We've created a business centered around our loved fur baby Charlie. As a newly married couple at the time, we talked about how amazing it would be to open a mobile food trailer specializing in some of our favorite Mexican treats. We jokingly mentioned that we would call it "Charlie's Chamangos" and little did we know we would actually use that business name 6 years later! Charlie is the best dog in the world and we honor him everyday for being the best furry companion anyone can ask for.
