What is the story behind your business' name?

Well my husband came up with it because I like to think I'm his everything but lets be honest we love cheese!

Where did you learn to cook?

I learned my passion for cooking from my grandma, she was the type that never used recipes it was just a pinch of this and a dab of that! I was a waitress for many years and finally opened a family restaurant back in my hometown of Ohio. Here I was in charge of creating menus and cooking for the restaurant. A few years in we expanded and acquired an event center where I cooked and planned events for weddings, corporate events and any sort of gathering you could imagine! We also offered off site set up and service.
