What is the story behind your business' name?

Unfortunately, we do not know. Tim said it was a story that has to be told in person. He sold the truck to another couple prior to us and moved to Arizona. Hopefully, he comes back to Cincinnati one day and tells us the story.

Why did you decide to start your business?

I love cooking and feeding people. One day, I mentioned that I'd like to open a food truck. So my significant other, Anne, started researching how to do that and came across a local food truck association and the person who owned Cheese N Chone messaged us. At first, Patrick wasn't sold on doing grilled cheese sandwiches and didn't think people would come out for it. The truck already had a decent following and I just felt it in my gut it was the right choice. We ended up purchasing Cheese N Chong in Feburary of 2020 and was able to sustain through the pandemic. We have grown the brand exponetially and have a large following of regulars who seek us out during our season. We grew from 5 sandwiches to 13 and have a variety of sides to choose from. I am still at how much people love our ooey gooey creations.
