About Chef Dan's

My name is Daniel Carter better known as Chef Dan and have been in the food business sense 1984. I graduated high school in 1986 and went to Paul Prudhomme culinary institute in New Orleans. I took to the streets of Indy with my food truck to serve some of the best Cajun food that you can taste, and I love what I do.
