About Chef J's Latin Dragon

Chef Jeremiah Echeandia is all about the farm to table movement. Or, rather, farm to truck. At Chef J’s Latin Dragon, he serves up Asian-Latin fusion, Italian-American, and new American cuisine using ingredients sourced in the Hoboken and greater Jersey City, NJ area. If eats made from farm fresh ingredients aren’t enough to entice you, maybe this will – Jeremiah’s got an impressive 25 years experience in the food industry. He's worked at some of NYC and New Jersey's most prestigious restaurants, including serving as an executive chef at MK Valencia, Son Cubano, and Midland Brew House. Suffice to say, he’s had ample time to hone his craft over the years.

The menu is chock-full of foods made with aromatic spices and robust sauces to create a rich, full-bodied flavor sure to please. You can grab some tacos made from pernil (slow-roasted pulled pork) drizzled with barbecue sauce. Or, try some Korean fried chicken smothered in teriyaki sauce and served with arroz chaufa, a Peruvian fried rice seasoned with ginger and red pepper. And don’t forget the dragon fries, nutty yuka fries smothered in pulled pork, queso sauce, and green mango kimchi.
