Chef Tony’s Food Truck brings big-city experience to Harrisburg with flavors that showcase a career spanning from the White House to the Library of Congress. Now serving Harrisburg and Mechanicsburg, this food trailer combines American bistro favorites with Chef Tony’s creative twist, offering something for everyone from savory handhelds to sweet, over-the-top desserts.

The menu features stacked burgers, crispy chicken sandwiches, and hearty handhelds like the Brisket Melt with bacon, cheddar, and BBQ sauce. Handcut fries come in plenty of varieties including cheesy, truffle, and loaded with bacon, while fresh bowls mix arugula, couscous, and pickled onions with toppings like blackberry bacon chicken, shrimp and mango, or grilled watermelon with peach. Each dish balances comfort with Chef Tony’s refined touch.
