What is the story behind your business' name?

At the beginning , my partner and I were thinking of having a food truck selling asian street skewers which in Chinese called "CHUAN". We decided on "CHUAN CHUAN". However, when we told our friends, one of them said:" wait, it's chew-on chuan?" My partner and I looked at each other and both thought it was an amazing name! CHEW ON CHUAN. Thanks to our genius friend !
