About The Chicken Hatch

In 2012, the Chicken Hatch started serving their signature buttermilk fried chicken from their bar in southern Spain. Six years later, the owners decided it was time to bring their favourite meal back to their home city of London. They transformed a 50-year old Peugeot J7 into a mobile chicken bar, and today you’ll find their truck, Dorothee, patrolling the streets of Hertfordshire and London in search of hungry folks ready to try their chicken.
