What is the story behind your business' name?
Our name, Chico’s Tex-Mex, is a nod to the vibrant spirit of our food and community. “Chico” means “little one” in Spanish, reflecting our humble beginnings as a single food truck serving big flavors. We wanted a name that felt personal, approachable, and full of life—just like our food
