About Cindy Lou's
Family recipes and southern charm are the heart and soul of the food at Cindy Lou’s. The BBQ truck is smoking meats to perfection, and the people of Salem, OR are more than happy to have them.
They’re not reinventing the wheel at Cindy Lou’s; if anything, they’re reinforcing it. Grab either some brisket, pulled pork, or baby back ribs, throw them on a plate or into a sandwich, and bathe in the comfort fare that only the American south does this well. Sides, as with all BBQ, are a must, and their signature jalapeño rice belongs in every order that goes out the window. You won’t be able to experience all of Cindy Lou’s greatness on your first visit (at least, not with that attitude), so you’ll just have to make some repeat visits, won’t you? Then again, you could always book them to cater your next event, and try everything all in one go… yeah, that’s the move.
