Shannon and Florian Radke met and fell in love back in 2008, bonding over a shared love of animals and cooking. It’s therefore no surprise that, when the two went into business together, they opted to open a vegan bakery. Cinnaholic started out as a small California-based bakery, but skyrocketed into nationwide popularity after Shannon and Florian appeared on Shark Tank. Now, they’ve got locations across the country, including one right here in Seattle. The menu, as the name would expect, is all about those cinnamon rolls.
