What is the story behind your business' name?

My Grandmother and her 11 children relocated to Las Vegas, NV in 1965 from Roswell, NM and lived in a house on Clayton Street. Everyone in the family practically lived there at one time or another. And it was there that I was trained to be a BBQ Pit Master. We were always having get togethers with family and friends. Weather it be a birthday, wedding reception, graduation or holiday parties, there was always BBQ. I started my journeymanship when I was 11 years old by helping my uncles. I did all the labor work, cleaning grills and bringing water to them while they were on the grill or smoker. After a few years past I finally begin to cook and started learning all the family secret recipe's and cooking method's. By the time I was 14 I was prepping BBQ for 40 + people. It all amazed me how much time, effort and love you have to have for this. I love BBQ'n, but Smokin is my favorite. Nothing better than staying up all night stoking the fires with wood and making sure the temperature is maintaining. And of course let's not forget that wonderful would and meat combination aroma. Mmmmmm.. Nothing like it. So when I started business it was only right that it be named CLAYTON STREET BARBECUE AND CATERING. The place that I learned at.
