My Passion for Food and Customer Service was something our culture lack, I believed that as a Jamaican woman chef I can change the way our people do things. Consistency, Taste, and Customer service is needed to be proprietary in this business.my Food Core Belief is Color, Smell Texture and Taste. People eat with their eats, the smell draw them color, the way the food feel in your mouth allow to decide if its palatable and the taste is the reward of whether or not its a good meal.
