Coco Loco Grill in Shawnee, KS draws from family-treasured recipes from Mexico City, passed down through the generations to arrive on your plate. In fact, Chef Sergio’s family is still running the bakery in Mexico City where he grew up and developed his passion for cooking. Taste the history in their scratch-made salsas, smell the tradition in their barrio tacos, and see the passion as cofounders, Sergio and Lori, craft Mexican masterworks aboard Coco Loco Grill, now serving Shawnee and the greater Kansas City area.
