COCOC comes from the Nahuatl dialect and means something spicy and tasty, we want to represent the authentic traditional Mexican cuisine and its flavors.

Brothers, Juanjo and David, base their concept on their traditional Michoacan upbringing, where food symbolized family and connection. This family duo brings decades of expertise and passion to the scene: Juanjo with his extensive background in the restaurant and hospitality industry, and David, a professional chef from Colegio Culinario de Morelia. Together, they ensure that every bite of their tacos, bowls, and extraordinary food samplers showcases their dedication to high-quality food and exceptional service.
