What is the story behind your business' name?

We are a family owned business. Ibzan is from Guatemala and Zoylas family culture is from Nicaragua. Our family Culture is Coffee and at any time. The Artisan Coffee that we roast is from Huehuetenango Guatemala. We roast our coffee beans from a roaster ( Comal) to your cup. A Comal is clay made and sizzles under a sizzling fire wood. A Comal makes your coffee beans earthy and organic.
