Main dish
Barbacoa
Smoked torn beef stewed in a spicy blend of peppers and spices. Very hot & spicy
Take it taco
Smoked torn beef with a Mexican flavor but no heat!
Smoked chicken
Marinated smoked chicken breasts.
Pulled pork (carnitas)
Smoked pulled pork mixed with our special rub and spices. No heat
Chopped beef brisket
Point and flat cut of beef brisket rubbed and smoked for 24hrs. Chopped for serving
Pork spareribs
Pork spareribs rubbed and smoked for 18hrs.
Alamo Bowl
A layer of rice, a layer of pinto beans with the chose of one of the four meats. You add the garnishings that make it perfect!
Vegetarian option
Smoked jack fruit stewed in Mexican flavors served in either a rice bowl with beans and all the fixings or two tacos with rice and all the fixings.

Lemon Cilantro Rice
fried and steamed rice with cilantro and lemon flavorings.
Dill bacon potato salad
German style potato salad with bacon infused potatoes, shredded dill pickles, mayo, mustard and seasonings
Slaw
Not too sweet and a bit savory coleslaw

3 kinds of beans, ground beef, sauces and spices. basically a fancy baked beans
